For a normal boot disk, get http://fdos.org/bootdisks/autogen/FDSTD.144.imz for a 1.44MB floppy, http://fdos.org/bootdisks/autogen/FDSTD.720.imz for a 720kb floppy, or http://fdos.org/bootdisks/autogen/FDSTD.288.imz for a 2.88MB floppy. These boot disks contain several useful utilities like Fdisk, Format, and SYS.
For an install boot disk, get http://fdos.org/bootdisks/autogen/FDINSTALL.144.imz. This boot disk will automatically search for install medium and start the install process.
For a boot disk with Partition Resizer on it, get http://fdos.org/bootdisks/autogen/FDPRSZR.144.imz. This boot disk will allow you to resize and partition your hard disk.
